The Beta Psi House Corporation and building committee at Oklahoma State University have developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the Gamma Phi experience at OSU. Through careful study, assessment, and planning, it has been determined that an expansion to the chapter house is necessary, and we must invest in our home now to meet the needs of today’s students. Following a successful sorority fundraising campaign, and working with CSL Management and Krittenbrink Architecture, the Beta Psi House Corporation has developed a tactical approach to our future. A 13,336-square-foot addition will significantly increase the size of the chapter house, increasing our home’s total square footage to 33,517. The expansion includes additional bedrooms, a larger dining and chapter space, and more study areas to accommodate the chapter growth and keep Gamma Phi Beta competitive on campus.
